A great idea came to mind last night. I was straightening the Men's pocket squares. Tigers in pinks and Peacocks in a rainbow of color, the mighty blue Dragon, and Tickle Tickle print in bright turquoise. I thought what a shame it was that I couldn't wear a pocket square. That isn't fair. men have all the luck. They just throw a navy blazer on and shove a pocket square in and off they go looking clean and dashing with a subtle yet screaming hint of color. Then it hit me, What if I took the chain off of the the Glenna Halter, which comes in a palette of cotton knit, and used a pocket square to tie the top around my neck. How chic. I quickly grabbed the two and tried it on. Ladies this is a great outfit for the summer. Cool and clean over white jeans or Bermudas. You will be the look they all want but didn't think of at every summer cocktail soiree and BBQ in town.

Picture perfect

Yesterday Lena Hyde, an amazing photographer , came over to our house and captured my boys perfectly with her camera. Lena has a studio here in West Palm Beach at City Place, which studio sessions can be booked, or she provides in-home sessions. It is an addicting and worthwhile habit. Come be enticed and book a session now.
Thank you Lena for our pictures. These boys are my work of art for my soul and my house. Who needs a Piccaso when you have Lena.
Here is a sneak peek at my boys + one pug courtesy of Lena Hyde.

SURF'S UP:

Well, there is one grand side effect of El Nino conditions returning: Palm Beach has waves. And not just the usual polite and gently rolling little curls that roll up on the sand, but head held high, get your board hit the ocean kinda waves...
It's thrilling...

It's hard to believe...

&

It's really happening...

And given our wild proclivity for pink and green, we think real men are suiting up in Lilly baggies. After all, they may not be neoprene, but they have a certain panache that is everything the bold, the brazen and the absolutely unique embody.

Whether it's the Yeah Baby electric paisley, the Tail Lights midnight blue and white Chinese dragons or the hardcore florals, these are surf trunks for men that want to stand out. Bright, shiny, blazing... this is hangin' 10 hardcore PB style.

Heck even LPGA sensation Morgan Pressel just told Sports Illustrated "Real men aren't afraid... to wear pink!"

We couldn't agree more. Catch the wave... then hit the beach.

More to come all Summer long

What a season...

Palm Beach has a long lived tradition of a "season". This phenomenon is from November until the few weeks after Easter. Everyone comes to Palm Beach in the "season" and everyone leaves in a mass exodus when it is over. Well it is the few weeks after Easter and we thankfully are still hopping. No pun.

We apologize for time missed on the blog, but all work and no play...

To recap the never ending season will be premature as of yet. To preview the Summer...ah, well that is a light at the end of the tunnel. Do you see the light? I do.
