If anyone is a runner or even jogger there are several short 5K races in our area. This weekend is a 5K for The Hanley Hazeldon Center. It is being held at Okeeheelee Park out Forest Hill Blvd in West Palm Beach on Saturday Oct. 20, 2008 at 8:30 am. I am doing it, so should you.
