City Place face lift

Our City Place store is having a mini face-lift for the season. This is our fifth season and we are one of the original stores that started with outdoor shopping mall. Last night on Dancing with the stars Marie Osmond fainted during her results. she was OK and when she came to her first words were "OH Crap"! She is doing fine and is getting a full check up today. The Palm Beach Advisory Board meeting was Friday. The lunch was delicious and it is always great to see everyone from King of Prussia where the Llly is headquartered. We love all the pink and green, thanks for everything.

On the left is Dave Ragsdale he was the only male event coordinator for the Race for the Cure in West Palm Beach for The Susan G. Komen Foundation two years in a row. He is now on the board of directors for the race. Molly,center, is his wife, an ironman athlete, and our good friend. Maurizio, far right, is the owner and proprietor of Amici Ristorante. His restaurant had a food station at The Susan G. Komen event at Saks last night that was scrumptious.

Great fun can be had at Amici Ristorante on Wedensday night. The Center for Creative Education is having there annual Celebrity Bartending charity night. If anyone is a runner or even jogger there are several short 5K races in our area. This weekend is a 5K for The Hanley Hazeldon Center. It is being held at Okeeheelee Park out Forest Hill Blvd in West Palm Beach on Saturday Oct. 20, 2008 at 8:30 am. I am doing it, so should you.
